This concrete rubber hose is a professional conveying component engineered for concrete pumping systems in construction projects. Its core structure adopts a multi-layer composite design: the inner rubber layer is made of high-quality wear-resistant, oil-resistant and aging-resistant synthetic rubber, which directly contacts concrete slurry and effectively resists the scouring and abrasion of aggregate particles, avoiding early damage caused by material friction.
The reinforcement layer is composed of high-strength synthetic fiber braiding and high-tensile steel wire winding (optional according to pressure requirements).The outer rubber layer is made of weather-resistant and anti-tear rubber, which can resist the erosion of construction site harsh environments such as sunlight, rain, sand and stone collision, and protect the internal structure from damage.
